Your guides are Morgan Lulu, of Morgan Lulu Hypnosis, and Cindy Hallows, of Haum Meditation. Cindy and I have been friends, mentors, and fellow colleagues for eight-plus years. I deeply respect and honor what feels to be lifetimes of wisdom, intuitive healing powers, and what I like to call 'dancing between the realms.' She has an innate, direct power of supporting your transformation at the exact perfect moment, and gently guides you forward toward your soul's brilliance. I've experienced it personally and she has absolutely changed my life in powerful ways. She was the first Kundalini Yogi to introduce me to Kundalini, and a very special day that I hold so clearly in my happy memories and heart. She has guided the most radically transforming breathwork sessions, shamanic journeys, deep meditations, yoga classes, and revolutionary sound healings that have a profound effect on her clients. Before the start of this new year, Cindy and I came together and were inspired to create a retreat experience that featured only the most potent and transformational tools for radiant change. Here we are! I must add that the location of the retreat is deeply nourishing, full of love, and is a fertile sacred land for powerful shifts. The property is stewarded in reverent care by her family with the intention of creating 'a space for peace' as her mom told me. There are goats to cuddle, chickens to feed, a gorgeous peacock to fawn over, and even a pond - perfect for an ice plunge if you dare! This is a 6th generation homestead stewarded by Cindy's lineage. It's truly a profound place where it becomes easy to communicate with your soul to Spirit...and vice versa.

I am beyond excited to share my foundational and NEW tools with you. My hypnosis experiences have grown over the years, taking on a mythological and shamanic feel that is what I consider as alchemical language of the subconscious realm.
